Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator works with the Director of Marketing to handle the day to day planning and execution of marketing programs. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for increasing lead generation, market awareness, brand development and other marketing activities. This role will handle all elements of marketing from public relations to content creation and campaign reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create marketing content to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include ebooks, blog posts, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, etc.)
  • Collaborate with product marketing, the sales team, and external influencers/industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and end users
  • Manage and update Salesforce database, including data entry, campaign management, and reporting
  • Assist with PR activities, event planning, email campaigns, advertising, and social media
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales data & trends next to marketing metrics showing marketing effectiveness
  • Assist in the coordination of conference tradeshows, sponsorships, and in-house events, including packing, shipping, and other logistics
  • Travel to and support onsite execution and management of key events

Skill and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications
  • Experience with CRM applications and Salesforce database preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to travel between 10%-20% of the time (domestic and international)
  • Talent for presenting information clearly and articulately
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multitask and think creatively in a fast paced enviornment
