Marketing Analytics Coordinator

Position Summary

The Marketing Analytics Coordinator will be responsible for the test design, analysis and reporting of digital marketing programs.  The successful Marketing Analytics candidate will be able to build test and learn digital campaign strategies, as well as have the ability to navigate through established relational databases and build presentations around the digital marketing campaign results. The ideal Marketing Analytics candidate will have exposure or experience with large data sets and will have the ability to break down findings into concise and meaningful results.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross functional business teams to develop digital marketing campaigns, test campaigns and create market targeting strategies
    Partner with operational teams to ensure effective marketing campaign execution
  • Develop, test and document digital marketing campaign KPIs (key performance indicators)
  • Analyze digital marketing campaign results and present findings to internal constituents

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or related field; Advanced degree preferred
  • 1 yr of analytics experience with relational databases
  • 2 yrs experience with data manipulation, data extraction, data conversion and query generation using SAS and SQL
  • Strong consideration for previous work experience developing Database, Direct, One-to-One or
  • Customer Relationship Marketing test-n-learn strategies
  • Previous work experience in consumer products or healthcare industries
  • Background in retention marketing efforts
  • Superior analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to Multi-task, meet multiple project deadlines, and strong organization skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of advertising, marketing, account services or project management experience required
  • Superior Project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience with multiple marketing / advertising / campaign based disciplines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
