Position Summary 

The Creative director orchestrates the creative efforts of design teams and clients to drive excellence in brand stewardship. The person in this role inspires projects, partners with clients, builds content and stimulates new ideas for new and existing brand initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Meet company branding standards by monitoring production, productivity, quality and customer service standards
  • Meet cost standards by maintaining the budget and implementing processes to reduce costs and increase revenue
  • Develop project content by reviewing and approving art and copy materials developed by the team
  • Orchestrate marketing strategies by examining objectives, planing, scheduling and completing design and production requirements

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor of Art in Fine Art or Visual Design field
  • 8-10 years of experience in a creative design field
  • 4 years of experience in a management role within the creative field
  • Strong working knowledge of the design experience, brand development and the creative process
  • Strong knowledge of consumer packaged goods, especially edibles, beauty and healthcare industries
