A “Temp to Hire” assignment is defined as a temporary assignment that is intended to transition to a permanent position after a pre-determined time period. While the position is “temporary”, the candidate is considered a Silverman McGovern employee and is compensated by Silverman McGovern. When the pre-determined time period is completed, the candidate becomes a permanent employee of the client company.
