Faye leads the company’s business development and administrative teams. In the last 18 years, Faye has become one of Rhode Island’s premier recruiters and has earned a trusted and respected name in the local and recruitment markets with both client companies and candidates.
Throughout her career, Faye has filled close to 10,000 temporary administrative assignments and has made hundreds of permanent placements with the area’s leading corporations, law firms, medical foundations. She attributes her success to genuinely caring about the individual goals of both her client companies and her candidates and always going the extra mile to insure that the right candidate/client match is made.
Patricia M. Herron
Co-Founder and Strategist
Patti earned a B.S in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island in 1986. She has 16 years experience in Technical Sales and Marketing and has contributed to the success of three technology start-ups. Her strong technical and business background makes Patti one of Rhode Island’s best resources for companies seeking high quality technical talent. She is responsible for the company’s strategic direction and leads the firm’s I.T and Technical Sales recruiting desks.
