Customer Account Manager

In this role you will be responsible for the entire order management process from entering the order,reviewing availability, logistics, shipping, working with sales teams, credit manager, merchandisers. The candidate will be responsible for addressing customer issues in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. You will be responsible for inquiries regarding the order status, product information, product availability, pricing, invoicing, and shipping. Intermediate to Advanced MS Office including Excel. A strong knowledge of major retailers and their policies including Walmart and Target.

Marketing Administrative Assistant

In this adminstrative supportive role you will work with multiple departments including Creative Services, Licensing, and Marketing providing administrative support for the new product development process. You will be responsible for maintaining vendor and licensee relationships, creating purchasing orders, processing invoices, creating vendor binders and press kits, ordering and distributing new product samples, building and editing PowerPoint Presentations and Excel Spreadsheets. Marketing-Brand Manager

In this position you will work with a Director of Global Brand and marketing team to develop an integreated global consumer communications strategy that will include; developing category plans for the brand, ensuring the brand has a meaningful long term consumer position and achieves maximum volume, developing primary communication vehicles in advertising, PR, Online, as well as contributing to the overall entertainment and licensing strategy of the brand through development of successful relationships with internal design staff and external providers. The candidate will also be responsible for creating "Go To Market" templates to deliver global marketing to regional level, and oversee regional merchandising activities relative to category plans. A Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in consumer packaged goods marketing, preferably supporting a global brand, as well as a Bachelors Degree in Business related discipline. MBA Preferred. Advanced MS Office including Access, Excel, Powerpoint required and excellent presentation skills.
