Legal Legal Secretary In this position, the ideal candidate will exercise initiative and judgment while supporting several attorneys/legal assistants simultaneously. The candidate will be required to become proficient in all firm required software; prepare legal documents and correspondence from draft or dictation; make travel arrangements as necessary; communicate with clients professionally over the telephone and in person; coordinate meetings; follow conflict procedures; open, close and maintain files according to records department procedures; draft correspondence and documents as requested; open, prioritize and distribute mail; coordinate mailings, court filings, deliveries, prepare proper firm forms for expense reports, check requests, etc. The select candidate will think clearly, respond positively, evaluate situation to determine appropriate action and act decisively under pressure. An Associates or Bachelors Degree combined with 4+ years of experience in medium to large size law firm. Apply for this job Paralegal In this Paralegal Position you will be responsible for case management of administrative claims, drafting position statements to federal and state agencies, assisting in investigations of workplace claims, and providing guidance to human resources professionals on related topics. You will also provide attorney support, assist with managing litigation, coordinate with outside counsel on document productions and other information requests,respond to document subpoenas and other requests for records, pursuant to state and federal laws. The Ideal candidate will have a Paralegal Certificate or Bachelors Degree with 3+ years experience working in a busy law firm.
