In this position, the ideal candidate will be responsbile for processing various types of accounts payable transactions including critical vendor invoices for both PO and non PO expenses, EFT payments, and matching check runs. Also responsible for reviewing invoices for sales/use tax assessment and scanning documents into the imaging workflow system. Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable interacting effectively with internal and external customers in responding to inquires or report requests.

Credit and Collections Analyst

In this position the ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in consumer and small business collections, preferably within a financial or professional services setting. Experience in all phases of collections including client contact, workouts and restructures, litigation, skip tracing and bankruptcy are a must. Prior billing experience in the professional services field a plus. Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills as well as an ability to work independently are required. Must have advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Associates or Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting.

Inventory Analyst

As an Inventory Analyst, you will be responsible for partnering with multiple teams including sales, marketing, and demand planning professionals to collaborate on forecast planning, drive critical seasonal planning events, work with team leaders in weekly replenishment meetings and reviews. The candidate must have demonstrated success in maximizing replenishment systems and or recommending strategies or enhanced procedures to meet customer needs. The candidate must have working knowledge of demand planning, allocation and forecasting tools with intermediate to expert proficiency with business applications (Excel, Access, Outlook, web based applications, etc.) Proven ability to manage multiple projects and make recommendations for decisions in a fast-paced, high volume environment. In this position, you will support a major account and assist in drving and maximizing retail sales. In this position the candidate will prepare monthly reporting and analysis for financial results for senior management using both established and ad-hoc reports. In addition the candidate will process monthly and yearly closes, perform weekly check runs, review financial transactions to ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable laws, policies and procedures. The candidate will ensure accurate general ledger posting and coding, reconcile all bank accounts, initiate corrective actions, monitor and process purchase orders.
